Who we are
ReadyCart is operated by Juan Jüncter, an independent professional based in Málaga, Spain. ReadyCart is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@ready-cart.com.
What we collect and why
Contact and intake forms. When you use a form on this site we collect what you type into it: your name, email address, company or brand, your store's URL and status, your goals and budget range if you share them, and any free-text notes. Forms also record basic context: the page you submitted from, the referring site, and campaign parameters if you arrived from a link that carried them. We use this to reply to you and to deliver the service you ask about. Submissions are emailed to us and stored in this site's database.
Payments. Checkout runs on Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. Stripe shares with us your name, email, billing address, company name, store URL and, where you provide one, a tax ID, so we can deliver the service and issue an invoice. Invoices are kept for the periods Spanish tax law requires.
Technical and security data. Our hosting provider and security tooling log IP addresses and request data to keep the site working and to block abuse. This site uses essential cookies only (caching and security). There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Legal bases
We process enquiry data to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and client data to perform that contract and meet legal obligations such as invoicing. Security logging relies on our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe.
Who we share data with
Service providers who process data on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Hostinger (hosting, EU servers), our email provider, and Holded (invoicing and accounting). Stripe may process data outside the European Economic Area under its own safeguards. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Retention
Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Records connected to invoices are kept for the statutory periods that apply to Spanish businesses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@ready-cart.com and we will act on it. If you believe we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published here with an updated date.
