Shopify Services

Fix your Shopify storeor build a better one

Three fixed-scope services: a $249 audit that finds what is costing you sales, a $749 sprint that fixes it, and full builds and redesigns from $1,899.

No lock-in. We reply within 24 hours.

Brands that trust us

Building a store isn't the hard part.
Making it sell is.

Most stores fail for the same reasons. We find them, then we fix them.

You start slow

With no clear structure and no focus on conversion, your launch drags and sales take months to arrive.

Design without structure

Pretty but disorganized stores, with no hierarchy and no experience that guides the customer to buy.

No base to scale on

Without analytics, automation, or process, optimizing and growing with any control is impossible.

You'll talk to the person building your store

Agencies win this category on volume: 500 stores built, 400 brands served. That scale comes with account managers, ticket queues, and a junior doing the actual work.

Here, the person on your discovery call is the person in your theme files. Fewer clients, direct line, no telephone game.

How we work

From checkout to handover, the same four steps for every package.

01

Buy

Pick a package above and check out in two minutes. The scope and price are fixed before anything starts. Rather talk first? Book a call.

02

Access

Checkout lands you on a short intake form. Grant access to what the service needs. Your delivery window starts the day access arrives, not the day you pay.

03

Work

We audit, implement, or build. Detailed review either way, and you get updates, not silence.

04

Handover

Findings, changes, or a live store, always with a recorded walkthrough of what we did and why.

Stores we've built

  • Anyone shopping purely on price with no strategy behind it.
  • Projects needing complex custom development from day one.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a Shopify store cost?
The audit is $249 and the optimization sprint is $749. Both prices are fixed and you can book either one above. A full build or redesign starts at $1,899 and does depend on scope, which is why we close that price before we start. Thirty minutes on a call reviewing your catalog and goals, and you leave with a fixed number, not a range.
How long does each service take?
An audit is 5 business days, an optimization sprint 5–7, and a full build 7–10. It works precisely because the scope is fixed. Every clock starts the day we have access and your assets, not the day you pay. If those arrive late the date moves, and you'll know that up front, not at the end.
Can I migrate from WooCommerce or Magento without losing SEO?
Yes. We map 301 redirects URL by URL and migrate products, customers, orders, and history. The goal is that launch day doesn't show up as a traffic drop.
Do you work on existing stores or only new builds?
Both. A redesign on a store that already sells is often the highest-return project: you already have traffic and data, the structure just needs fixing.
What if I need something outside the scope?
You'll hear it before we start. Small things we'll quote separately; big things we'll refer out. What we won't do is accept it, slip the deadline, and invoice you after.
Do you run the ads too?
We can. Paid acquisition on Google and Meta is a separate service, not part of the store build. Ask about it on the call and we'll scope it with you.
